Returns must be made within 20 days of original purchase.

All returns, which are not the fault of RSG, will receive a full store credit or a refund check less a 15% restock charge. No returns will be accepted on electronic parts or special orders. Sales on those items are final.

  1. Call 845-753-2005 and obtain a Return Merchandise (RM) number.
  2. Make sure to write the RM number on the outside of your package.
  3. Include a copy of your original invoice with the return merchandise.

    All return product must be in clean, saleable condition, in undamaged original packaging. Any part, which needs to be re-boxed, will be subject to an additional 15% re-box charge.

    Pack return goods carefully to avoid damage in shipping.

    You are responsible for the shipping charges on returned merchandise. Collect shipments will be refused.

    Refunds will be made to the customer listed on the original invoice in the same manner as payment on the original invoice. Example: credit card purchases will be refunded by a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase.
